Textbook & MyMathLab Access:

For Math 91, 98, and 111 online, you have the option of either
  1. MyMathLab Access Code - with an eBook, or

  2. MyMathLab Access Code - packaged with a physical textbook

    • In all three classes, the additional cost for the textbook is very small (between $10 - $25).  This is a very good deal to have a physical copy of the textbook.  I doubt you'll find it cheaper elsewhere - especially since these are custom textbooks, particularly in Math 91.

Temporary AccessYou have the option of two weeks free, temporary access.  Access the course and select "Pay Later" when prompted for a code.    If you purchase a code at the bookstore after selecting "Pay Later" just hang on to it, and you will be asked for it in two weeks.

Important: There is no excuse to not begin working on the course assignments right away since you can get temporary access until you’re able to buy the code and/or book.

MATH 91 Online

  • If you took Math 81 or Math 91 at Highline in the last year, you have everything you need.
  • The textbook for Math 91 is a CUSTOM textbook that is not used anywhere else.  It includes material from 3 different textbooks.  You must purchase it at the bookstore.  Even if you get a copy of the book from another Highline student (that's fine!), you will still need to purchase the MML Access Code.

MATH 98 Online

  • If you took Math 98 at Highline in the last year, you have everything you need.

  • The code for Math 91 will not work for Math 98, you must purchase a new code.
(It's a different author and different textbook.)

MATH 111 Online

  • IMPORTANT:  I use a different text than all the other Math 111/148 classes at Highline (for MyMathLab).  This means that if you plan to take Math 148, you’ll have to purchase another text/online HW code (WebAssign) for that class.  It also means that if you don’t pass this course, and take a different Math 111 course you’ll have to purchase a separate text/online HW code.

  • The code for Math 91 or Math 98 will not work for Math 111, you must purchase a new code.
(It's a different author and different textbook.)
