"In the coming years, jobs requiring at least an associate degree are projected to grow twice as fast as jobs requiring no college experience. We will not fill those jobs – or keep those jobs on our shores – without the training offered by community colleges.”

Barack Obama - American President

In addition to having academic credentials, the faculty is required to have work experience related to the field in which they are teaching. Thus, students are exposed to current work practices while they are learning concepts and perfecting the skills that will be needed in their future occupation.
